For CYS Positions:	Must submit resume or DA FORM 3433, DA FORM 3433-1, DA FORM 3433-2,  HQAJ FORM 3806 and a copy of high school diploma or college transcript if applicable.
For Non-CYS Positions :	Must submit Resume or DA FORM 3433 and DA FORM 3433-1, a copy of college transcript or any other certificate/license if applicable.
Military Spouse (Only for NF-3 and below, FWS and CY):	Must submit MSP Acknowledgement and attach a copy of sponsor's initial PCS order indicating your name as dependent.
Family Member (Only for NF-3 and below, FWS and CY):	Must submit FMP Acknowledgement and attach a copy of sponsor's initial PCS order indicating your name as dependent. For those Military Spouses whose marriage took place after the sponsor's PCS must attach a copy of the marriage certificate.
Veterans Preference:	Must attach a copy of DD 214 (Member #4).
Current/Former NAF employee:	Must attach a copy of Notification of Personnel Action.
